Stitch Options – 3 or 4 Threading System
The Brother M1034D is a 3 or 4 thread overlocker and like all Brother Overlockers it comes with their very own F.A.S.T lower looper threading system. In terms of quality of stitches, the 3 thread works just as good as the 4 thread and produces high-quality stitches on many different fabrics. In total there are 22 stitches to choose from, which is a very good amount considering the price. With a stitch speed of 1300 stitches per minute it is considered a fairly fast model and it competes with more expensive machines. Finally, the stitch width can easily be adjusted with the slide lever between 5 mm and 7 mm.
Differential Fabric Feed
The differential feed of the Brother M1034D is one of this machines standout features. It receives much praise due to its ability to make working with just about any material an enjoyable experience.
